At FME, we believe in investing in the next generation of engineers and specialists who will shape the future of wastewater and grease management. One of the best ways to do this is through placement opportunities that give students and graduates valuable first-hand experience in the industry.
Adam began his journey with FME / Grease Guardian® on placement, where he was given the chance to work directly with our team across projects in wastewater and grease management. This hands-on experience gave him a real insight into the challenges and solutions involved in keeping kitchens, businesses, and communities compliant and sustainable.
During his time on placement, Adam was able to develop practical skills, gain exposure to real-world projects, and work alongside experienced colleagues who supported his learning every step of the way. He saw first-hand how our Automatic Grease Removal Devices (AGRDs) and wastewater solutions are making a difference for customers across the globe – reducing environmental impact, lowering costs, and driving innovation in the industry.
We are delighted to share that Adam’s journey with us doesn’t stop there. Having impressed during his placement, Adam will now be continuing his career with Grease Guardian®. His story is a great example of how placement opportunities can open the door to long-term careers in engineering and wastewater management.
