On October 17th, the FME team came together at FME Head Office for Staff Rebrand Day. A day dedicated to sharing our vision, connecting as a team, and celebrating the people who make FME what it is.
The morning began with a vision talk, where the team explored FME’s refreshed direction and the values that guide the company. It was a great opportunity to reflect on what drives FME and how everyone contributes to its ongoing success.
A standout moment of the day was an inspiring talk by Ryan Cinnamond and his wife Emily. Ryan shared his personal story of resilience: after surviving an aortic aneurysm rupture with only a 10% chance of survival, he faced life-changing challenges, including the loss of both legs from the knee down. His courage, determination, and positive outlook were truly motivating, reminding everyone of the strength and support we can draw from one another in both personal and professional life.
Following the morning session, the team headed to Sheepbridge FEC for lunch, enjoying time to relax, connect, and celebrate the day together.
