Bespoke Break Water and Washwater Kiosk Design
The GRUNDFOS pump booster set was integrated into an FME-designed Break Water / Washwater Kiosk with an integral tank configuration, creating a complete and efficient on-site washwater solution.
This bespoke kiosk was specifically designed to provide reliable pressurised washwater while offering a compact footprint, simplified maintenance access, and long-term operational efficiency for the treatment works.
By combining high-performance booster pump technology with custom kiosk design, FME delivered a practical turnkey solution tailored to the site’s exact requirements.
Pressurised Washwater for 6mm Spiral Sieve Screen
The system now provides pressurised washwater to a new 6mm Spiral Sieve Screen on the same site. This screen was also installed by FME.
As a result, the washwater system supports effective screen cleaning. It helps improve performance, reduce blockages, and maintain operational efficiency.
